My name is Tawanda Moyo. I am in my early twenties and I live in Zimbabwe.
I am learning how to program and how to become an Electronic Engineer. I am also a huge fan of free online courses and my two favourite are MIT’s 6.00 and Harvard’s CS50.
In the morning I exercise, surf the internet and watch news.
During the day I learn how to code, develop apps and solve technical problems. One day I hope to come up with practical solutions to Africa- and particularly Zimbabwe’s- many problems. I will be writing about that and other technical issues from an African perspective here.
I also love reading and my goal this year is to read at least a book every week. I am constantly signing up for new online courses on Udacity, Cousera, iversity etc and though I don’t complete most of them I am enriched by the experiences.
At night I hang out with friends, play video games, discuss politics and blog about African issues on my blog “Tawanda Speaks!”
