Week 7 Plan: 5 Minute warm up walk, Run for 25 minutes and Cool down with a 5 minute walk.
After a couple of false starts I finally finished Week 7 of the Couch to 5K program. To be honest it wasn’t that hard. Only problem is that we are now in winter- the mornings are colder and darker. Aside from that there were no problems, I just ran until I heard the “cool down” command from the app.
I also think I’m starting to notice the changes too, I breathe better, sleep better and I just feel like I have more energy. Recently I resumed my calisthenics workouts as well and I think they fit in nicely with the Couch to 5K program.
This week I’ll start week 8.
