Week 8: Couch to 5K Chronicles

The plan in week 8 is simple: Warm up and then run for 28 minutessnd cool down.

The run on day one wasn’t bad except for the cold. I ran for 28 minutes and felt like a boss.

I didn’t complete week 8 because I only ran on day 1 and got a lil busy and lazy. So I thought I’d repeat week 8 this week but after today’s jog I’ve changed my mind.

Here’s why: I ran for 30 minutes today so I just decided to continue into week 9. I cheated a bit but that’s life.
